Welcome to Ted Press. You agree to the following terms and conditions by engaging with our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Overview
Ted Press provides content creation and social media management services, including photography, videography, strategic content planning, and analytics reporting. Services are delivered in packages tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
2. Commitment Period
All social media management packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This ensures consistent content delivery and allows sufficient time to achieve measurable results.
3. Consultation & Planning
Upon agreement, clients will be scheduled for a kick-off meeting to align on brand strategy, goals, platforms, and content planning. This collaboration ensures all deliverables meet your expectations and business objectives.
4. Content Ownership
All content created by Ted Press (including images, videos, and written copy) remains the property of Ted Press until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for their business purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to required social media accounts and platforms.
- Supplying brand guidelines, key messaging, and relevant updates.
- Approving content in a timely manner to avoid scheduling delays.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the beginning of each month via direct debit or another agreed-upon method. Delayed payments may result in paused or discontinued services until the account is settled.
7. Travel Policy
Standard packages include travel within a 20-mile radius of our office location. Travel beyond this distance will incur an additional mileage charge, billed separately.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Contracts may not be canceled within the initial 3-month period unless there is a material breach of terms. After this period, clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
9. Content Revisions
Reasonable edits and minor revisions are included within each package. Significant revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may be subject to additional charges.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect our clients' privacy. Any information shared with Ted Press will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ted Press is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients accept all responsibility for the impact of content once posted.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ted Press reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
